Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please contact our customer service team at info@voxue.site to initiate a return or exchange.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Exclusions

Custom-designed or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
